Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. Central Electric & Radio Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website. Central Electric & Radio Co. has made every effort to provide reliable information on this website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information appearing on this website. The website may contain errors and omissions relating to the description of the products and pricing. We reserve the sole right to correct or update any such errors or omissions and to change any information that we feel is necessary without any prior notice. We also reserve our right to cancel any order for a product in the event of any error or omission in the description of such product, including incorrect pricing information, whether due to a typographical error or error in information received from our suppliers or otherwise.

Prices
The prices indicated are in Indian Rupees, net of taxes, ex-godown, Mumbai and subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned do not include the cost of the lamp unless otherwise specified subject to Value Added Tax at a rate prevailing at the time of dispatch of goods to you. Due to constant fluctuations in the price of the Dollar and Euro, please call and check the present prices of the products before placing any orders. The prices will be binding on the company only after you have received written confirmation from us in the form of a proforma invoice, validity of which will under no circumstance extend beyond 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified.

Shipping and Forwarding
A small packing and forwarding charge will apply to all goods shipped from our warehouse and will usually be between 2% to 5% of net cost of the goods. Insurance can be arranged for shipments outside Mumbai by paying the necessary premium. Actual freight charges will have to be pre-paid by the buyer before dispatch of the goods or directly to the transporter if acceptable to them. Goods are usually dispatched by land, unless specified otherwise.

Octroi
Octroi levied, if any, by the local authorities where the goods are being delivered, will have to be borne by the buyer

Road Permits
Where required, road permits will have to be provided by the buyer prior to dispatch of the goods by road or air.

Payment
An advance of 50% will have to be made to confirm the order after you have received a proforma invoice from us, and this advance could be paid by cheque or bank draft payable at par in Mumbai, India. The balance 50% should similarly be made prior to dispatch of goods. Material will only be dispatched after realization of cheque/bank draft.

Delivery Period
Shipping time is usually within 4-6 weeks after receipt of 50% advance against our proforma invoice, and the balance when Every endeavour will be made to ensure timely delivery, but as the goods mostly imported, please plan ahead. We also carry stock of most of the shown on our website, so please call and check availability. If you are in hurry, goods can be imported by courier, subject to additional urgent delivery charges.

Goods and Service Tax
GST will be added on the mentioned prices at a rate prevailing at the time of dispatch of the goods. The present G.S.T rate is 12% for LED fixtures and 18% for non LED fixtures.

Warranty and Replacement
CERCO is dedicated to providing their customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. While every effort is made to source and sell only the best in class products to our customers, warranty as provided by the suppliers will be honoured and the buyer is advised to contact us for the complete details. Such products which are under warranty provided by the supplier will be repaired/replaced free of charge if returned within 12 months of dispatch. The freight charges will however have to be borne by the buyer and the goods should be carefully packed so that it is not received in a damaged condition. Goods received in condition will not be accepted and returned back to the sender. Please note that we will require a maximum of 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods to repair and dispatch the same back to you.
CERCO usually carries spare glasses for most of the products it sells but cannot guarantee replacement even against cost as most of the products are imported and may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We do not provide any warranty on light bulbs and neither do we accept returns on light bulbs.

Liability
CERCO and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, costs of replacement of goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased form Central Electric & Radio Co, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Central Electric & Radio Co or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to viewing, buying or using products bought from Central Electric & Radio Co. is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
